Hi Amelia ! I'd suggest, give him some signs like.. u know.. little flirting.. boosting his ego, praise him a bit, etc and check how he responds. If he responds in positive way and of course if you are into him then please go ahead and ask him out ! No point sitting and reading his signs for you and your best friend. If he responds negatively, then well, you know its stupid guy behavior ! chuck it !
