Can I hire a helicopter to pick my truck out bottom of mountain p? it's stuck & tow truck can't reach it?

it's sitting about maybe 100 feet down and wedged between two boulders(PLEASE DON'T ASK HOW THAT HAPPEN!) Just learn from my mistake and don't drink and drive when your driving up a mountain road at night in the snow!
