How do I know if its over or not?

For more than a year, Ive been in this situation. Im not gonna go into details, here, but lets just say I went thru a lot. I went thru mostly tought times, with little enjoyable moments. This situation has been in my prayers. Im a Christian, and I have an ongoing relationship with Christ. Well recently, thru something that happened, I think the Holy Spirit let me know to just chill, and not worry about this, which I have. But this has got me wondering, is the situation over, or is there mre to it?? Does God telling me to relax means its over?
