Removing Shield Deluxe 2009?

I used cut and paste to add details last time I asked this question and made a mess of it. I want to remove SD '09 on my HOME computer, but get a message that I do not have authorization. I cannot find a way to contact the company for help by phone. I followed their online instructions, but some of the steps did not occur.
