I suffer with insomnia and restless legs and prior to becoming pregnant i took tablets to help wih these but obvs i cant take them now and dispite feeling more tired that i've ever felt ( which is going some as i have chronic fatigue syndrome as well) i cant sleep, i'm getting maybe 1-2 hours a night and its killing me. Have tried hot baths, milky drinks, sleep cones, glowing sleep mask....... Would love to know if anyone knows of any safe alternitives. Thanks p.s i'm 8 weeks
