I had aborted thrice and all three times it had been placental disfunction?

all three times it had been placental dysfunction and IUD. the child would have stopped growing 2 weeks before the demise. have undergone all tests everything seems to be fine. but never the child has survived. first 2 was in 4-5 months and the 3rd one during 8th month. is there any one who could answer my problem. we both are stressed and depressed because of this.
