My kitten is misbehaving and I don't know what to do?

My kitten has been biting me and a lot of furniture and will not listen to me. This is beyond playing around because she tries her hardest to bite me as hard as she can. I would scruff her and then tell her in a happy tone that it is not right to bite me or any of the furniture but right when I let her go she goes back to biting whatever she was biting on and sometimes she would just attack me instead. She's even pooping/peeing on the carpet instead of her litter box. Is there a way to fix this?
