What could happen to me because of this one drink?

Ok, so today I had a Burger King party at my school. We had these gallon jugs of lemonade and iced tea from Chick-fil-A. Everyone was drinking and eating and stuff, and then my one friend reads the label on one of the lemonades, and it said that it was UNPASTEURIZED! Ugh, and that it may contain harmful bacterias that could cause illness in children or elders. Wow, I was disgusted after that! I mean, it is freshly squeezed, but the germs are still in there; I drank a cup! Could Chick-fil-A get in trouble for selling unpasteurized drinks?
