Why will my Media Server not connect to my PS3?

My WMP Media Server has worked fine till a few days ago. It just won't connect to my PS3. I tried downloading a TVersity Media Server, it worked but I find it unbelievably hard to use. I've tried turning off all PS3 Med.Serv. connections and PC connections + my router and restarting them but it didn't work. Can someone help me?
