Im scared...?

it's nothing to be scared about! is it with a different optician this time? it'd be better, then you can have a different experience, maybe with someone who won't poke you in the eye!! it's important to be booked into the opticians, because they can detect problems before it gets worse. bright light don't damage your cataracts, they need to use a bright light to see behind the eye socket and on the outside. i wouldn't worry. get it over and done with, it's fine.
